Scratch OS
Scratch OS began in early 2020 as a personal experiment: "What if I made an operating system that was designed entirely for me?" It slowly evolved into one of the largest Scratch projects I had ever worked on. Started in 2020; Over 30,000 blocks of code; 1415+ features; Nearly 500 MB project size; Eventually ported from Scratch to PenguinMod.
After several years of development the project reached its limits. The architecture became increasingly difficult to maintain, memory usage became excessive, and many of the ideas I wanted simply couldn't be implemented inside Scratch or PenguinMod. Rather than continuing to patch the old project, I decided to start over and build the operating system properly with a full C/ASM Rewrite.
This wiki documents the known history of the project: confirmed builds, highly likely versions, lost material, speculative entries, and recreations. Order of builds is preserved exactly as provided by the original creator whenever possible.

Project overview
Origins
The earliest entries in the archive are simple “Scratch OS” and “Scratch OS remix” projects. Over time the lineage expanded into numbered remixes (2.0–12.0), versioned 2.03 / 3.1 / 3.11 / 3.21 / 4.21 series, Longhorn-style reskins, mobile prototypes, and various spin-offs (tisssssyOS, ScratchOSDows, Auggie OS, CatOS, etc.).
Current focus
Recent activity centers on the Scratch OS 3.21 Technical Preview line (builds in the 9900–9909 range) and the beginning of a C Rewrite effort. I still continue to recover, recreate, and document older material.
